duncan hasn't manufactured the whistler for quite some time.

i may be wrong but, i am pretty sure the tips from the imperial top fit it. you always buy an imperial and swap out the tips.

otherwise, i would suggest hitting up the topspinning.com board to see if anyone has vintage tips lying about.
