It is important when referring to a DUNCAN product, the DUNCAN brand should be capitalized and shown with a registration mark proudly displayed by the title or heading. Further, the model name of the product should be referenced, followed by the appropriate registration mark or trademark notation. Last, the type of product being displayed, or referenced, should be noted.
For example;
DUNCAN Butterfly Should Be DUNCAN® Butterfly® Yo-Yo
And
Duncan Daredevil Should Be DUNCAN® Daredevil™ Footbag
