Duncan Releases new Metal Zero Yo-Yo

Middlefield, Ohio - Duncan Toys is announcing the release of the new "Metal Zero" yo-yo, an aluminum version of their world-renowned "FH Zero" yo-yo.The body of the Metal Zero is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, and features an open-face design that allows the player to grind the spinning yo-yo on their thumb or index finger. The external surface of the yo-yo will feature a brushed finish to allow for maximum resistance to external friction, and the internal surface of each half is painted and specially contoured to allow for thumb and finger grinds.
The Metal Zero was designed by Freehand inventor and U.S. National Yo-Yo Master Steve Brown exclusively for Duncan Toys. With the wild success of the $400 Freehand Mg yo-yo, Duncan is making further advances in the metal yo-yo market with the Metal Zero, which will be geared towards a more casual consumer. The retail price of the Metal Zero is expected to be $30 - $40. Traditionally, aluminum-bodied yo-yos have retailed for $60 - $150. Duncan Toys again proves that their focus is on the needs of the player, and has responded with a high-performance aluminum-bodied yo-yo at a price that is easily affordable by even the most casual player who is looking for a quality yo-yo.
The Metal Zero will come packaged with three counterweights for counterweight play; a die, a bouncy ball, and one of six sculpted character heads based on Duncan's proprietary characters.
