Hey folks! It’s Dano the Mano and as the month of July comes to an end I wanted to give an update on the “Ride for Ci” charity efforts through the sales of the Duncan Ignite yo-yo’s. So far almost 800 yo- yo’s have been sold through out the summer during my travels to different events. Support for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has been unreal! My original goal was to raise $5000 selling 1000 “Ride for Ci” yo-yo’s by September 1st. I’m proud to say as of July 22, $6250 had already been donated. Between the yo-yo sales, and some large donations from a handful of supporters it’s hard to say how much we will raise in the end, but I’m predicting close to at least $9000!

We still have one month and two more stops on the King of Wake series, including the Wakeboard Worlds in Kenosha, Wisconsin. On August 17-18 Duncan Crew members will be on site in Wisconsin demonstrating and selling yo-yo’s to help support the effort.

Free tickets will be available for all yo-yo enthusiasts just email Brandon Jackson.

If you can’t make it to the Wakeboard Worlds, yo-yo’s are still available through

We are proud to announce that Duncan Toys will be a sponsor of the 2012 WWA Wakeboard World Championships held in Kenosha, Wisconsin August 16-19th! The WWA Wakeboarding Worlds brings the best wakeboarders from around the globe to shred the wake and compete for title of Wakeboard World Champion in over 15 amateur and pro divisions. We are very excited to be a part of one of the coolest water sports events in the world.

Duncan Yo-Yo professionals will be on site demonstrating the coolest yo-yo tricks, giving away free Duncan swag, and selling the coolest Duncan products. Duncan will be donating 100% of proceeds from sales at the World Wakeboard Championships to "Manomania".

"Manomania" is a campaign organized by professional wakeboard MC (and yo-yo player) "The Noise of the North" Dano The Mano”.  All proceeds that "Manomania" raises are donated to the Cheri Amore Memorial which benefits the MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer) fund. MACC is dedicated to funding childhood cancer and related blood disorder research. For more information about the MACC fund visit .
